If you are here, chances are that you are tired of your wife's nagging and have accepted the fate that it's time to move out of your parent's abode, which for years had been a paradise for you. If not, your parents must be planning to kick you out of the house. Still better, you are looking for a good investment opportunity. Or, have simply shifted base to a new city and looking for permanent accommodation.

No slump in property

Is there really a slump in property prices?
I think it’s an all time high at least going by real estate prices in the residential sector.

Hey Anam you're bang on when you say that property prices are at an all time high, contrary to news reports. You know, its kinda funny, we keep on reading in the papers and seeing on national news channels that the Great International Reccession has hit the property market hard too. But then like our foreign relief funds, i guess, the price cuts in property rates too disappear coming down the long chain of brokers, government officials, bank officials and then the "very persuasive" recovery agents!
Your dream abode - well lets cross the Nightmares on Home Street first.
